Is the subscription payment process secure?

Absolutley, we don’t collect your credit card or bank account etc. They are stored in iTunes or Stripe payment system.

For iPhone in-app subscription, it’s through your Apple iTunes Account.

For subscription from the web or from Android app, it’s through the popular e-commence Stripe payment engine (https://stripe.com/).

When does my subscription renew?

Your Foreceipt subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period at the rate listed from our package screen.

How to subscribe a Prime plan?

You can subscribe a Prime plan from the web Version or from the mobile app.

Please logon to the web version using the same Google account you are using on your mobile app and then click Subscription menu on the left and follow the on-screen instruction to subscribe a plan

When will I be charged?

Payment will be charged to your credit card at the confirmation of purchase.

How do I change/cancel my subscription?

If you subscribe from your iPhone, please refer to Apple Support Page for plan change and cancellation. Otherwise, you can change or cancel your subscription directly from the web version. Just log in to the web, then click the Subscription menu on the left.

Is Free Account Plan really free?

Absolutely. We do not take credit card or any payment methodes for free account. Everytime you watch a short Ad in App, you gain 3 extra scans free.
