Your receipt images and expense data are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a cloud platform used by banks, governments, and Fortune 500 companies.

Foreceipt accounts and authentication use Google Firebase.

Sign in with Google uses Google's secure login. We never see your Google password.
Email accounts are managed through Firebase Authentication.
Your data syncs between the mobile app and web portal over encrypted connections.

Payments handled by the App Store and Stripe

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Stripe, not directly by Foreceipt.

We never see or store your credit card number.

Where is my data stored?

Who can see my receipts?

Only you and team members you explicitly invite. Support personnel may access receipts when needed to resolve an issue you report. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Do you store my credit card number?

No. Payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Stripe. Your full card details do not reach Foreceipt's servers.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available according to your plan's retention period. You can export your reports and receipt images, or contact us to request permanent deletion of your account and data.
